I have been to many different recycling businesses around the world and the Master in this field are the Germans. You can even order a nut or a bolt for a specific part of a vehicle and you can get it as much as you want. As for organising and cleanliness the Germans are the best. A recycling centre looks like a dental clinic. Copart runs a 22nd century business in the 1940s The least Copart could do is cement their floor and keep it clean. Thieves. Personal belongings are missing and they say they don't go through your car but only take items with personal information. My cars written off and then I've been robbed by the co.pan6 who should be keeping it safe. They also keep you waiting for 45minutes to retrieve yoy car. DO NOT USE

Poor service, I have to wait 3 hours to be loaded even I come 10min before my loading booking.

I have an appointment at 1pm and they load me 3:30pm . Such a poor service.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM THE ROCHFORD DEPOT. THEY DONT HIGHLIGHT THE MAIN PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE AND COVER UP BY TAKING BLURRY PICTURES. EXAMPLE I PURCHASED A NO CAT STOLEN VEHICLE AND IN THE PICTURES THEY CLEARLY SHOWED A SMALL DENT ON THE DOOR AND SMALL DENT ON THE REAR..WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED THE WHOLE REAR QUARTER WAS DENTED AND THE ROOF WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED. I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HIGHLIGHTED THESE ISSUES RATHER THEN THE SMALL DENT ON THE DOOR PLUS DID NOT HIGHLIGHT IN ANY PICTURES OR IN THE DESCRIPTION. THE GENERAL MANAGER MICHEAL JOSPHE OF THIS DEPOT NEEDS TO SORT OUT HIS TEAM OR BE SACKED FOR FALSE REPRESENTATION OFF A VEHICLE

Great place, excellent customer service.

Poor customer service, after waiting in the line for over 40mins, the staff member completely ignored me and served a driver who arrived after me. Despite having explained I had been waiting, he continued to ignore me and continued dealing with the driver, take payment and process a bunch of cars. Customer Service Training highly recommended.

I just came back from the rochford branch and I am very disappointed. I bought a car for 5,300 £ (without fis) I paid in cash on the spot. after waiting in the parking lot for almost 90 minutes, the car I got had nothing to do with what in the pictures. it was damaged - offer from the office I got was a £ 600 discount for repairing an item that is not replaced (you would have to paint and weld), of course I did not agree. I do not understand why if I paid in cash, I could not get my money back, I just have to wait for them to appear in my account. I lost all day, time and money. I do not recommend!
