By phone and email, responsive, helpful, professional and responsive. We have complete confidence in them. Cornwall Waste Care have done a fantastic job in taking my waste and recycling away at my cottage in Mevagissey. They have a great simple system with just two coloured bags and are always very helpful and professional. They will come up to the door which is away from the road which other companies were not prepared to do. They also do ad-hoc work on an as needs basis. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve been using Cornwall Waste Care (CWC) to manage our holiday let waste for over 2 years. We chose them for 3 reasons, 1. they provide RECYCLING & ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WASTE DISPOSAL, nothing goes into landfill and 2. They are flexible re waste collection day and link with our agent’s guest booking system, they automatically check when waste collection is needed- collection doesn’t have to be on a set day. I don’t have to do anything. 3.Their pricing is reasonable

In my experience they are absolutely and totally reliable and deliver extra waste bags as and when needed- even same day!

I can 100% recommend CWC and really would not want to use any other waste management company. They offer their waste management service over a large area.

Been using for a number of years for our holiday let and they have been reliable and responsive. Good quality refuse bags with a clear distinction between general waste and recycling. Convenient as no need to put bins out, they will come round the back to empty them.
