Useless. I had 5 cardboard boxes to get rid of. But I didn't have an appointment, so turned around and went home. The most pathetic recycling system I've seen anywhere in the UK.

After moving house we had lots of laminate to take to the tip as well as other things. The lads there great and the man at the gate said you have done your booking wrong as I had ticked for a van. Me being a pensioner thought I was doing well doing the booking . The man was very pleasant about it as I said if that's wrong I'll have another two that's wrong for today
A customer very kindly helped me take laminate from the car to the big skip.
I needed to go to three different skips with other things. When I asked a different worker for the numbers he answered me very nicely and respectable

Unhelpful rude and unkind towards an elderly female family member accessing the facility. Shocking behaviour of a male staff member to a vulnerable member of the public should be ashamed
