This surgery has always been fantastic while others failed...BUT.. now they only do online appointments. I had an issue ( healthwise) 2 weeks ago. Doctor called mid appointment Bloods were taken, ecg done .. brilliant.. message from surgery next day to book an appointment to discuss blood results. Booked an appointment online. 1 week later was invited to make an app. Tried but no appointment left, did next day, no appointment left. Phoned surgery explained I needed to find out blood results but told it was not on my records from a doctor that it was serious and to try again to book online. Set alarm for just before 8am. Went online to find no appointments but could have a telephone appointment on the 24th nov with a different doctor... I've given up now.

I can't describe how I felt when Partridge Green Surgery closed. I felt angry and sad, just like anyone who lives here because it was the closest to people who couldn't get to Cowfold. For example, when I was pregnant last year, I struggled to get to Partridge Green Surgery. When I arrived, my blood pressure was extremely low and I was treated. Imagine that I had to go to Cowfold in that condition. I pity myself and everyone who will suffer from the closure of Partridge Green. I hope they reconsider this decision.

So, how is one supposed to collect a prescription niw? There are NO buses from Partridge Green to Cowfold after 0930am...will the fools at Cowfold be dropping off 'scrips to patients here in PG?

What a fantastic team. The administration is so attentive and helpful. They alway pick up the phone and are super helpful with appointments and prescriptions. I know how difficult it is to juggle a surgery and these people are way above what anyone would expect

Dr Smethurst came down to see my mother in law, she was absolutely brilliant. She was very thorough, and compassionate in her examination of her. She obviously really cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them.
I have also been a patient of hers for over 20 years, along with my two children, and have always found her to be efficient, caring and knowledgeable.
The surgery is great, and all the staff are friendly and caring,

Rudest and most unhelpful experience. I'm not sure who the receptionist thinks she is but she needs to be shown some customer service training sheets being that she works within a profitable company. Absolutely appalling. Don't waist your time with this surgery just head to the A+E to see a qualified Dr or nurse.

A well run place - reception, doctors and nurse all remain cheerful and friendly in spite of the heavy pressure in the NHS right now. The on-site dispensary is another plus. Pleased with my visit today - thanks!
