had 2 skips from here, one 6 weeks ago the second and 8 weeks ago. I have called 6 times to get the first removed and it still has not gone, for the past 2 weeks I cannot even get through to them the number goes dead. now what can I do? Have they stopped trading? please don't bother calling them.
