I bought a Volvo V40 from criteria cars at the very end of 2024. I have to say that the entire sales experience was seamless. From the minute I walked through the gate until I drove away in my new purchase was a joy. From the get go I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, honesty and cordiality. Yes, the car did have a few little problems (mainly electrical) but Ben as true to his word had these booked in with Volvo and the problems sorted within days. The standrad of cleanliness and the pain-staking detailing ( this is no mean task and requires hours of patience and determination) that Sean put into this car must also be appreciated as it was as if it had just rolled out of the factory; flawless work buddy. The car itself is a joy to drive, it is comfortable, economic, extremely safe and packed with features that even now I am still discovering. It makes driving fun again. I have never bought a car from anyone else except a major outlet near Downham Market before. However, Criteria Cars will be my next port of call (if I have to ever buy another one) Great job Criteria Cars and the team, please keep up the good work.

This place is just a typical used car dealership, friendly so you buy a car and then couldn't care less afterwards. Sold me a 12 month warranty but never followed through when I raised issues. Then messages me less than 18 months after I bought the car offering me less than a quarter of what I paid for it. Just another con man. He will obviously respond to this review, but don't be fooled. The cars are not worth it.

We bought our Sportage while visiting family in cambridgeshire. It was the price was in our range and the car had everything we wanted. Ben was very helpful and gave us a good price for our and helped us sort finance on the new one. The car was sent to an independent garage to be checked over and any necessary work was completed before we bought it. We live in Hampshire but would not hesitate to go back again in the future.

Came to Criteria Cars to buy a Mini as a first car for my daughter. Ben was professional and is really honest and down to earth. He has a really good knowledge of the used car market and is selective about the cars he sells. There were a couple of minor dents and when we collected the car they had been repaired which was above and beyond what we had agreed and is really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy a used car from Ben again and will recommend him. Our daughter loves her new car!
