Just want to say a big thank you to Crouch recovery for helping us this evening, and responding so quickly, great communication throughout. You help with the recovery mission after one of our machines was stolen. We located the machine and called for assistance from police, they didn’t attend after 3hrs, so we went in and got the machine back ourselves. We couldn’t have done it without the help of crouches. I was recovered by crouch recovery after I had a puncture in my campervan on the M1. The driver was excellent: efficient, caring and willing to try and accommodate my immediate need to get a tyre replacement. I’d already found a local company to do this so I asked if rather than put the spare on at the next junction could the driver drop me and the van at this garage only a couple of miles from the turnoff. The driver checked with his supervisor and then we drove the short distance chatting about the van, life and directions to my next meet-up. I was very impressed and grateful.

Big shout out to Crouch Recovery, we were picked up in the early hours of Saturday morning after breaking down in roadworks on the M1. RAC quoted between 3am & 6am, Crouch picked us up before 1am. A warm, clean cab was most welcome after standing by the side of a freezing motorway around midnight.

Couldn't be happier with Crouch. I emailed the operations/transport team to enquire if they wanted to take part in a community Carnival. I got a very prompt and professional response from the team. They said they love to be part of it. On the day the driver (matto) turned up in the company's newest HGV Wrecker showroom clean and ready to go. He was very professional on the day happily joined in the Carnival procession. Had nothing but positive comments and feedback from the day. From start to finish I had nothing but professional responses and experience from crouch Recovery.
