Clearing our septic tank is a 3+ year that must be completed. CSG completed this task, as before, in a slick fashion - once the correct size tanker had be allocated. All the personnel we met where courteous and efficient.

CSG arrived to empty our septic tank within 24 hours of booking online. The truck was immaculate (especially surprising considering what it is used for!), the driver polite, knowledgeable and courteous and the tank was emptied within 45 minutes. The driver cleaned the area around the tank afterwards too. He clearly takes pride in his work - and it shows. Absolutely first-class service. I would highly recommend CSG.

Amazing service. Two days after xmas noticed toilets weren't flushing properly, shower tray was filling up and general waft of something unpleasant out in the garden. Lifted the drain inspection cover and saw the waste pipe was blocked and further down the garden there was 'waste water' escaping out around the septic tank manhole cover! Immediately phoned the 24 hour emergency helpline, got through to a real person and was promised assistance within 24 hours of making the call. Amazingly 30 mins later there was a chap outside my house in a CSG tanker. Had a quick look in the septic tank and saw it was all blocked and set to work with his suction hoses to clear the 'fatberg' - absolute hero. Can't thank him & his colleagues enough. Moral of the story - if you have a septic tank make sure you have a CSG 24/7 insurance policy it saved our Xmas ! ?
