Book your slot. Fill the car. Turn up at your slot with evidence of your address and your off. Easy to navigate. Mostly good signage, but a map at the front would be helpful. We normally do a loop round when we have multiple types as we forget or don't load the car accordingly. Very helpful staff, this morning the lovely man at the rubble helped my mum with the rubble as I got on with mine.

I’ve been multiple times in the last few weeks due to a house move.
The team on site are super helpful and go above and beyond to assist you where they can - well organised and a lovely bunch of workers on site……….I also love the garden gnome display! 😁

Well managed, helpful staff. Currently you need to book a slot and arrive in your alloted hour slot. They are asking people to stagger their arrival times and not just everyone arrive on the hour of the booked slot. Do not forget to take your booking reference or you may be turned away. Don't forget to take your driving license as identification as you may need asked for this as well. Thanks to all the staff working today as they where very polite and helpful.

Arrived at 10am and unloaded and out by 10.15pm. The pre booking in place works well as not queues or waiting to unload. Give security your booking reference number or name etc and just drive in and unload.
Friendly staff and always maintained well considering it is a refuge site.
Nice and easy and worth considering if you have to dispose of non household waste.

The staff were genuinely so helpful here and everything is paved out well. I had loads of little scrap metal and one of the staff brought a small bin over without being prompted to save me having to make multiple trips from the car. Saved me so much time. Great work.
