Skip was delivered within a few hours of my request and collected within 24 hours of me advising we had finished with its use. New management were really helpful with advice and information and careful and considerate loading skip on and off the drive! Excellent service all round!

First class service, I had two 8 yard skips and one 6 yard skip for my garden project.
DC Skips were responsive changing skips over within the hour so not holding up the work, would recommend.

Terrible skip company, left the skip smack bang in the middle of two parking spaces on an already limited spaced carpark, contacted them several times asking for them to move it & still waiting several phone calls later, awful customer service & will be reporting to the local council

Unbelievably awful company!! Skip was supposed to be collected the next day but it took eight weeks of daily calls to them and they’re broken promises to remove it. Stupid as we are a construction company that spend thousands on skips each year. I struggle to think of a company I’d recommend less.

after reading through previous reviews it appears sadly I am yet another victim of this terrible service.
the skip has been on my front garden for about 2 weeks now and no idea or update of when it will get collected.

there is no smoke without fire - my advice to anyone after skip service - pay a little more and stay well clear of these people!
(it will save you time, stress, a ruined front garden etc.. in the long run)

The advert says they are the cheapest in Widnes, that might be true, but they're also the most UNRELIABLE in Widnes. Yes you might book a skip but it might not turn up, yes you might ring their number, in the forlorn hope that they will call you back, WHICH THEY WON'T because they can't be bothered, why should they when there are plenty of suckers out there willing to give them a try. Don't be one of them.

Had to keep constantly ringing and txting for 2 WEEKS to get the skip moved once if finished with it. All I got was we will come straight for it, but they never did. Had to park the car on the road for a month in total which resulted in it getting damaged.
Terrible service won’t be using again
