From start to finish, the job was handled well in all aspects. The spec was to clear a large property including outside space and triple garage. Physical handling was perfect and all members of the team took great care. The vehicles were perfect for the job. I paid effectively for Daniel and his team to complete the job in a day as careful and efficiently as possible of my late mother’s house and they handled it beautiful. It saved me a lot of stress and exhaustion after having handled the initial clearance of valued items and sensitive materials. So I was very grateful it was done so smoothly which is what you want. I think it’s tricky to get good house clearance people. These guys are a tight knit unit and it makes a real difference. Daniel handles the whole process though fully. Well worth every penny.

From my initial phone call to see about hiring D & L House Clearances, to the on-site estimate process, to the scheduling of the removal, to the actual 1-day amazing actual work completion, we could not have been more pleased with Dan and his team. They did what they said they would right down to taking every last cup and saucer, bag of rubble, and worn out golf ball, and they did it efficiently, with respect for the property and in a quiet, professional manner from the friendly four-man team. The were waiting for me at 8 am with trucks parked and open to get started, and they efficiently completed the job (a two-story, four bedroom large home with 3 sheds, a potting shed and a two-car garage) by 4.30 pm that day. We cannot say enough about the professionalism Dan and his D & L team delivered.

Daniel and his team were commensurate professionals. From the outset communication was very strong. They arrived punctually and cracked on with the job with care and respect for the property. Daniel was helpful and accommodating in providing a quote and then arranging a suitable time within a few days of my initial enquiry. On the day the team worked incredibly quickly and efficiently - but were also diligent. This company clearly take a great deal of pride in their work. They made all the heavy lifting of furniture and rubbish look incredibly simple! My father and I are delighted with the results and we can wholeheartedly recommend D&L House Clearances. I contacted Daniel from D & L House Clearance for a price to clear a house I was dealing with as a probate case. Daniel was on time for our meeting and was very professional. A quote was produced the next day and was very acceptable. I was given a date and a time to carry out the work, it was explained in full how things would work on the day. Several staff and professional looking vehicles turned up on time to clear the house. After they had finished I had a call to say all work had been carried out and it had gone well. I visited the house that evening and found they had cleaned and hoovered. They did a fantastic job and well done.
