rude and misleading staff
I made a purchase and a worker offered me a receipt as I wasn't sure as to purchase the clothes, went back the next day to return them and they don't have a return policy.

This is most probably the most welcoming charity shop in hereford the manager deby is super kinda and helpful number one chazza in hereford !

Really rude manager. (Old one not the young one). Rolling her eyes and sighing when we came in. Has never once said hi to me or acknowledged me even though I spend a fortune in there. I’m done with them. The new one across the street is 10 times better.

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY STAFF. I called to see what opening times were and were told to come today NO TIME WAS GIVEN. The lady in the shop was VERY rude accepting my HUGE amount of donations and argued with me in the shop leaving myself and my teenage son feeling very embarrassed. Absolutely despicable service considering I was DONATING my items to support this charity. As I said when I left, I will NOT be back.
