Brilliant service when my car broke down on the A19, thanks! Darren arrived in about 20 minutes, was really professional getting my car onto the truck and then helped get myself and the car about 50 miles away back up to Newcastle. Can’t fault the service at all, especially on a Sunday night. Not a bad price either ? hopefully will never have to use the service again…

Excellent service. I booked for my car to be towed to a garage for repair. Darren rang the day before to confirm the booking. Turned up on time as arranged and messaged to confirm my car had been delivered safely. Lovely guy, reliable and very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend as use again if/when needed. Fantastic service from Darren. I am not from Hartlepool and took a trip down and my car broke down and wouldn’t start quick google search brought up Darren’s page and I took a punt on ringing him to see if he could get me back to Sunderland. Darren was great took some details and gave me a price which was very reasonable and was with me within 40 minutes (other well known breakdown recovery were stating between 4 and 6 hours!! And more than double the price!) he kept me updated with text message on his ETA! Darren arrived, was polite and better still not condescending like some mechanics are got my car started to get it on the wagon and drove us home, nice friendly guy even parked it up for me when we got back. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Very trustworthy and reliable. Thank you Darren for being my knight is high viz!

I broke down at around 4:30pm on Stockton road, probably the worst time to break down but they rescued me within 30 minutes of calling, if not sooner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend this service if you're in a pickle! Thank you again ?

Honestly good not fault the service at all. My clutch went and my car was stuck on the a19. He came and collected the car straight away his personality and customer service was amazing as well as the pricing being extremely reasonable compared to others. Will use again in future if needed.

Amazing service from start to finish. Darren was recommend to us by a friend, he managed to squeeze us in fairly quickly and turn a very stressful situation into a less stressful one. When he came to collect the car he was very kind, polite, professional, punctual and I feel he went above and beyond his remit. His customer service was second to none. We would highly recommend.
