Brilliant! 10 miles in to a 300 mile road trip from Plymouth to Lancashire, my steering went wonky. I pulled off at the nearest village, no idea where I was, and found these guys. They stopped everything they were doing, had a quick look, diagnosed the problem, and had me back on the road within 1 hour. I cannot thank you enough.

Not sure why these guys haven't got a five star rating! totally saved us when my car exhaust decided to snap. Friendly service start to finish, honest about the price and time, the work done looks great, thanks again you bunch of legends!

Such terrible communication all around between the receptionist and the mechanics. Just another garage that don't bother to properly discuss with female customers what they spend their labour doing or not doing. They probably think they can get away with rounding up hours and not sticking to quoted prices with an inexperienced customer. When discussed on the phone with the mechanic my concerns he was incredibly rude. Never returning.

This garage is around my place of work, so I took my car there request by warranty company for diagnosis, the mechanic checked and said more investigation needed to be done, and I have to bring it back, is asked if it’s ok for me to go since they want me to bring it back, they asked me to pay £45 diagnosis before I can leave and I paid in full for diagnosis, now they have to send the report to my warranty company or myself, so I asked the receptionist for the report sent to my warrantee company, so it can be approved by the warranty company, she replied ok that she will for over 5 days and this email would enable the warranty to approved them do the actual repair because the warranty company requested for it via email, but the lady in the reception was informed by myself and the warranty company in person and over the phone. she didn’t send my car diagnosis, this is unprofessional, rude, and frustrating as I’m writing this review after they collected full payment from me, the receptionist lady is yet to send a simple quote email to me or to my warranty company, I’m disappointed, as it is I’m left hanging. I mean, if that lady is not the owner the garage then someone in charge should send her away. They’re making a simple task look impossible.
I will never recommend.

Had alternator go on my transit van. Pulled in to see if garage could help and in three hours they had sourced and fitted new one. Excellent service that saved our holiday
