Excellent service!!! DRE recovered 100% of data on a 2TB external hard drive, The service was fast, professional and friendly at a good price. I was advised every step of the way from diagnosis to recovery and made aware of all my options. They even gave helpful advice on how to safeguard my data in the future, I am a creative industry professional and I would highly recommend DRE to anyone with data or storage issues

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I thought I had lost all of the data including kids photos and videos from over the years from my external hard drive, which was bitlocker encrypted. Tried a number of companies, but Data recovery experts were quick to get back to me and continued with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Professional and informative throughout, and managed to retrieve everything; I couldn't be happier.

An outstanding service! Very professional and efficient. I had issues with external hard drive and thought I lost my data. I tried different companies but they were unable to help. I finally contacted Data Recovery Experts. These miracle workers recovered everything! Excellent communication throughout the data extraction process. Will strongly recommend!

A failed external hard drive resulted in me thinking I had lost a lot of media for my video production company that was going to take a lot of time, effort and explanation to make up for. Dave and his team recovered everything. No currupt files, nothing missing, just everything I needed back to me in full working order. A very happy (and relieved) Saturday for me. They will be the first people I turn to for any similar problems in future. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service! I had an external HD which contained 20 years worth of photos which could no longer be recognised by my computer. I thought that I had lost EVERYTHING but Dave managed to restore them all and put them on a new HD for me in a day. So pleased I went with a local firm rather than one of the big national ones. Speedy service and affordable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would give more stars if I could!
