First was just small items Tv stands etc 2nd was a fridge freezer both times the guys were helpful polite & even told a couple of jokes 🙂 the second visit was equally a positive experience being informed on how much they recycle and what they do even with fridges. 5 star well done & thank you x

HI,
I visited the Daventry Recycling Centre today 4PM, Shaun the worker there was was very polite and helpful.He said people where queuing at 9am, it opens at 10!!! The staff at the Centre are always polite and helpful so a BIG THANKYOU to all there and a Happy New Year to all of them, 10/10

Well organised staff helpful, they helped me in the rain. Would be nice if CCtv was available as they do in Birmingham.
You can view how busy they are to help cut down the
long queues that sometimes happens.

Terrible visit again today, the second time in a week. Slow moving long queues back to the roundabout. There is no marshalling of traffic, so the cars at the front of the queue just sit and wait until the skip they want to use comes free, despite other empty parking spaces. I counted only two members of staff this afternoon. Goodness knows what air pollution the queues cause as cars stop/start for over half an hour.
