Was interested in a Honda CD175, he called me unexpectedly and whilst arranging when I can collect the bike and get the cash he blabbered on about eBay time wasters and hung the phone up on me whilst I was mid way telling him that I can collect the bike on a Friday, also blocked me on Facebook.. I’m gutted as I was wanted the bike but accusing someone of time wasting and sounding arsey. Yuck yuck.

Went for a sniff around a GTR1400, no hard sell, I was left to look around the bike as long as I wanted. I didn't haggle as the price was fair, Les loaded it up in his van and brought it 20 miles to my place within an hour. It was taken for an MOT that day and I got 1 advisory: "clean it you dirty boy." So bargain. Great to deal with the fella, first call when im after something else. Many thanks Les, yer a good lad.

I went to see a Honda CBF1000 from Dead Alive a few weeks ago, it was a bit scruffy and needed a few jobs doing, the shop is no frills and the deal is take it or leave it.
The bike was cheap, but I priced in the jobs and parts that needed doing.
The bike has turned out to be a massive bargain, so glad I travelled to these folks, I would not hesitate to use them again, I wish that biking in general was more like Dead or Alive

Several times now, I've enquired about bikes and the communication has been sporadic at best. Twice I've arranged to see a bike and then been told "its sold" mid conversation....
Sometimes enquiries will be read and ignored. Not a great experience for potential buyers and will avoid in future to avoid the disappointment

Extremely rude especially towards women!! My father was unable to pick up a bike due to being unwell and he's demanding money still even though the bike hasn't left his garage and refuses to even give half the money back !!

ATTITUDE ! . Tried to sell them a none runner, knowing what the bike is worth running I put in a fair offer but they just weren't interested telling me it isn't worth anything. Told them what they are going for on auto trader and other sites in running condition and I was pretty much made out to be a liar. I get that they are a dealer and need to make a profit and they may not be interested but the attitude i was given was disgusting. I also messaged them on their facebook page a few times before hand enquiring about some bikes they have for sale and was totally ignored
