Communication and customer assistance is NOT a strong point with this arrogant company. They are blunt to the point of ignorance - and as we all know, dealing with ignorant people is a nightmare that most of us could do without.

So, don't expect too much when you buy, if you buy . . .
Just open your wallet, pay them, and then they will be happy, as they grab the money out of your hand with barely a smile.

Customer service and polite communication is apparently not something they are capable of . . . shame eh?

Of course, they will clap back at this review, spitefully, I would guess at, but the honest truth is that they are known in their community, and outside the area, for their dealings with the public, which they seem to hold in contempt, so go figure!

Is this what you want with your purchase?
Nah, you really don't.
AVOID!

EDIT# 1:
Hey folks, see the waspish nonsense I got below?

Just READ THEIR OTHER REVIEWS. Look at them carefully.

I emailed them twice via eBay to ask a question about an item I was interested in, yet I got tumbleweed. eBay has a facility that lets the potential buyer know you are on holiday, but they didn't USE IT! Then they put the phone down on me when I said that I'd had to call you outside eBay to get the info I was after.

Remember, I wanted to buy something from you!

Yet you were instantly on the defensive and really antagonistic. My complaint was about your business model and customer approach. Your response is personal, mean, and inaccurate.

I am very busy, and no, I don't have time on my hands and no, I don't sit on my computer writing reviews unless they are deserved. Then I will briskly get one done. End of. You have no idea who and what I am.

ACTUALLY, I HONESTLY DON"T MIND WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT ME, I HAVE NOTHING TO SELL.
YOU DO.
THE PUBLIC WILL DECIDE, THEY ALWAYS DO!

PS. A long drive to a shop that is often closed is a complete waste of anyone's time and fuel and a fair few people are a bit fed up with the guy's random opening hours. You don't live here, so you don't know what on earth is going on.

Finally, I hope things get better for you this year 2024 and you learn how to treat customers better than you have been doing so.

Avoid! These guys are happy to sell to you but if there’s a delivery issue / any other challenge good luck getting your money back (minus their delivery charge and other fees). Took us chasing 4 times to get a refund and the overall lack of customer service was pretty shocking.

EDIT - So many inaccuracies and misleading statements in the company response below it’s a joke. If they put half the effort into delivering a positive customer experience as they do into disputing customer feedback maybe their average ratings would improve. ‍♀️

This has been the very worse experience I have ever had indealing with this company as a business owner
The whole sorry affair started 6 weeks ago I enquired to see if they had any herris fencing which is a large building site fencing.
which requires clips to fasten together and large rubber feet to sit in.
They said they did I ordered 12 units and I was told I could pick them up the next morning
I went to their yard there was a lot of confusion eventually they said they were at another yard which I then had to travel to. Which was a nuisance to say the least.
I loaded the fences onto my truck and waited for the feet and clips I was then told they couldn't find them.
They said they would locate them straight away and deliver them to me.
I said the reason I wanted them was because I needed them straight away to protect a building site.
Which is the purpose of them.
I paid them in full and I awaited delivery.
What followed has been 6 weeks of phone calls for the missing items and being fobbed off and lied to.
We are inviting country court proceedings to this company.
And we are taking advice to see if this is a criminal act.
It is such a ridiculous thing for them to do and a small amount of money.
The hassle and stress of having to constantly chase this up and being lied to is hard to fathom.

An Aladdin’s cave! Wear old clothes and sturdy shoes and be prepared to take your time to peruse! The guys were super friendly although I didn’t find what I was looking for this time, I shall pop back from time to time. I’m buying a tiny cottage in the area that needs a bit of work and I want to try and keep to reclaimed and salvaged from local tradespeople. If I won the lottery and could afford the property of my dreams, I could kit it out from here!

Visited today the boys in the yard were lovely but the stock was very disappointing and overpriced, it's more like a junk yard than a reclamation yard.
