Needed parts for a lexus ct200h. Tried many places, without much luck. Came to dial a spares. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I needed, they also managed to get me a little bit of extra wiring for the indicator which saves me changing the whole loom. Can't fault their service at all, they really do look after you here. Will definitely be back. They might be busy though, but that's because they're good. Highly recommended

Great staff and great place to pick up spares and parts from.
If they don’t have something in stock they will order it in for you.
They also do repairs and mechanical work and fitting and I found the prices pretty reasonable compared to some garages
They were also very busy which I take a good sign.
Managed to get the parts i needed for my Toyota Yaris quickly and get them fitted as well on the same day which helped me get my car back on the road quickly.

Very good for Toyota hybrid models. Need no prior appointments. 4-5 cars can wait on the road with single yellow line. Best to go there before 9am as they get very busy shortly after they open at 9am

I'm their regular customer and I have realised their mechanics show off that a problem is bigger but actually it is not. Hammered the car door hinges twice and charged me £40 which is not fair at all. Also told me that I should be thankful to him for saving hinges cost.They have lots of customers but if they will treat us like this then we have to move to another workshop.
