My grandson recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. From the start, their lack of responsiveness was a red flag. From their unprofessional behaviour to a total lack of courtesy, it was a nightmare form start to finish

In summary, this company's incompetence, disorganization, and terrible customer service make them one to avoid. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable company

I've ordered a part from here on eBay and collected the part everything was working fine and seemed to be a great service. However this seller states he offers a 3 month warranty on mechanical and electrical items but I wouldn't rely on this and abare in mind you only have 30 days warranty as eBay will keep him to his word on that.

After the 30 days if you go back to him he's worked out that eBay will do absolutely nothing and you can't even give the company bad feedback. I tried contacting the company but you just get ignored/blocked.

Wouldn't be using services from this scammer again and wish I took note of other people that have had the same issue.

Terrible place, specialise in vauxhall spares but you can't walk in no more, you've to visit there ebay shop which is a terrible website. The customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time here.

Very good service, fast delivery, well packaged and a good quality part. I purchased a TRW Power Steering Pump for my Vectra C, which is in and working as if new (please see picture). Thank you Dixons. (2019)

Great friendly service when I collected a bonnet for a silver Tigra. The guy was very knowledgeable and much more friendly than experiences I've had in the past with the likes of Car Transplants in Nantwich!

Also, I've used Dixons to buy online too. Item arrived within two days and was wrapped securely. Will definitely use again. Keep up the good work guys! 👍

Ok, but could improve on their service to customer attitude. Would always seek the parts at an alternative source, and I'd only use them as a last resort. Also, the prices they charge are a tad excessive and inappropriate.

Called before arrival to see if they had what I needed. Picked up a new wheel and tyre, and interior light. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when I had additional queries.

Whilst the stock may not be as large as some other spares garages the service alone is definitely worth the trip. Will deffo be heading back there should I need anything further.

Best advice give them a ring before you arrive so you dont have a wasted trip.

Got what I need for my Vauxhall Zafira at a really reasonable price. Needed a new seat belt for my seat in the boot, got it £20 cheaper. Need a front light replacement, they even had that. It's a easy straight forwards drive from Leeds. We keep buying my parts as long I have my vauxhall. Garage just want to bomb u on price by doubling up price.
