Lovely company, really helpful. If you forget to put your bin out or need an extra collection, they always try to sort it. So much better than the big National companies we used to be with where you’d end up dealing with phone queues and hopeless customers service teams.

Have you closed?
As a company, we have been trying to contact you over the last 4/5 working days. we have not had our waste collected, the bin is overflowing, we are having to store rubbish bags inside the warehouse, it is not acceptable.
we call several times a day, email the address given and still no answer.
We will be moving.

Probably the worst and most stressful experience we've had in 56 years of business. We moved our waste business a month ago, 3 bins were delivered quickly and in 3 weeks we hadn't had any collections. Quite literally the first collection of a new customer was missed. So in total we had 9 lifts missed on the trot, the collection days kept changing, a variety of excuses really. Missing out on 9 lifts you can imagine how much rubbish started overflowing in our warehouse. We ended up hiring a skip to get rid of the some of the rubbish but more has just built up. Tried chasing up but was never gotten back to and finally got through to someone after expressing my disappoinment on the phone. At this point we had had enough and decided to take our business elsewhere...the final kick in the pants? We are still waiting for the bins to be taken away. I would have thought that a disapointed customer would be enough motivation to crack on with an apology, collect the bins and pretend this never happened. Only now at this point am I just completely irritated. A month of complete shambles, waste not taken away, it's stressed us out, it's effected our business, an absolute disaster on the back end. Do not underestimate how important your waste collections are, I've learnt a valuable lesson here!
