I used to deal with them years ago....they used to be good to deal with...... forward a few years and they've become totally bloody useless. I'd love to say they haven't changed but, jeez, no. Don't even bother calling you back or messaging. Shame.......

what a nice place and such a nice layout for such a business. but the owner of some liars. yet how. y had a clue what he was talking about. It was enough to trick him into saying I didn't know anything. Well, he got carried away, there was some laughter, but only when I left his area, because he lost his nerve too. 2.5

Fantastic company - buy with confidence. Sourced my part quickly, in the exact state that I needed (and wasn't able to find anywhere else) shipped it to me super fast too. Couldn't be happier, would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Not a happy bunny. Wrong part was sent out to me. Phoned up to tell them only to be told they do not have the part for my vehicle. Returned for a refund. Got but minus the postage costs of £15 I was charged in the first place. I should not have to pay for there mistake. It cost me another £6.95 to return. A bit of of difference in postage from what I got charged for sending me a part that was no good. Easy money for them if this is a regular practice. Won't recomend them or use them in again

Rubbish Service. Went for a gearbox collection we waited outside for 20 to 30 minutes without informing what's going on. I called many times no one came outside. After 15 minutes a guy came to tell us that they are taking out the gearbox even though I called them 2 hours before coming. Gearbox had 30 days warranty when fitted it in my car it was making a bearing noise I put locus oil to see if the noise will go but it didn't. It was a waste of money for labor that i paid to get the gearbox fix which was £200. The gearbox was for £195 and now I found someone who can fix the noise but will charge an additional £550. I fell for the good reviews and came to them but would strongly recommend others to not buy anything from them unless you want faulty items and waste your money.

I have been using DK Salvage for a few years now and have always found them to be very reasonable. However, I recently purchased a vehicle part which had an issue. The management team stood by their promise and were patient with me for a few months until I could conclude that maybe the part had some defect (maybe in transit or what not). The team provided a full refund without any issues or queries even after many months of us trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Absolutely lovely team and I will be using these guys for any future purchases of parts without any issues. 5* for sure.

Ordered a part on Thursday, advised it would be sent out Friday and would arrive Monday, called on Monday to chase it up, told it would arrive on Tuesday, guess what?! Phoned Tuesday to chase, now informed it would be Wednesday. Asked the adviser on the phone when the part was dispatched, told came out to you on Friday sir, When part finally arrived on Wednesday afternoon and the dispatch date was checked it hadn't actually been sent out until the night before. Lied to on several occasions. Not what you expect when you've paid extra for next day delivery. Very poor. What a disappointment.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff there straight up ? it came when you said it should especially with this bloody virus going around atm and thank you again for packing so well came In Perfect condition. Made it 30 miniute fix ?
