Very similar to a previous review on here they are relaying a road outside my house on Friday they must have had excess tar and have just poured it on the grass verge. When I took my dog out he was all mattered and covered in it that led to me having to do hold him as he's a pup and cover paws in veg oil staining clothing the tar ended up all in the bath etc. Tried speaking to the site namager on the Monday and was told twice he will come and see you needless to say he's came over I have reported to the council and fed back that site manager won't even come over all I was asking for was an apology as we have lots of dogs in the area

Walk past the works down prior road anfield last week and was speaking to a couple of the workers at the side of the road who were from a subcontractor called B&B - these lads were polite and give as much information as possible about the works ongoing. These workers are a credit to DowHigh and couldnt have been more helpful with the questions asked regarding the works!
Kepp going lads the work looks amazing and can only improve the area!

I’ve not actually used the company but I was out walking with my baby in the pram today and the guys were so considerate. Went out of their way to make sure I could get across the bridge they were working on and offered to turn the machine off so it didn’t wake my baby.

Very happy with the quality and finish of Gloucester Road resurfacing completed by Dowhigh. The team are so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Have rang up to put a complaint in but thought I'd leave a review.

We have had work going on in our roads for months now as dropped kerbs are being fitted. We've provided the workies with cups of teas and toast in that time and for the most part all of them have been a pleasure and really respectful apart from the site manager Robin.

I took my dog on a walk and got home to his paws absolutely covered in tarmac which if ingested is can cause vomiting and lethargy in dogs. Since being on the phone to the groomers I have had to cover him in vegetable oil to remove it.

Went outside and spoke to Robin in the politest way possible and explained abouy my dog and that if the tarmac isn't dry there should be signs to explain that. And was met with a terrible attitude, I was told to "go complain to the council for all I care" im literally just a young girl worried about my dog and other dogs walking in the area and I certainly didn't deserve to met with that disgusting attitude. He since explained to my mum that "he was just in a bad mood" which is no excuse to talk to people like that.
