Absolute shambles of a company! DO NOT USE!
My parents have had a skip sitting on their driveway for 4+ weeks now, no sign of communication, no one ever picks up the phone or answers e-mails, but they're quite happy to take your money! We have reported them to trading standards and just hope we can get them to remove the skip at some point soon otherwise we will have to pay more money for another company to come and take the skip away! If you are the owner of this company, answer our calls and texts so we can arrange a collection amicably!

Very disappointing service, late delivery the of the skip, still waiting after 4 weeks of letting them know I needed the skip collected and can't communicate with them as they do not answer calls, text, wats app and email. I am in contact with other skip companies to remove it and will have to go down the small claims court root which I could do without but will do if it is not collected soon. It would be much better for all parties if this company would just collected the skip.

I am in the exact same position as Trevor. Received the skip on the 19th April and made initial request for it to be pick up around May bank holiday. Since than communication has been awful you can try for days with no answer to phone or email, when I do get through I have received excuse after excuse and get told leave it with me yet nothing happens. I was told it will be collected today 31/05 and yet it’s still here and no one is picking up. I’m a due to have work starting on Monday which cannot happen with the skip on my front garden so I will like Trevor have to get another company remove it and go via small claims if required as this service has been nothing short of appalling.

What an amazing Company!!!!!!

The most professional, hard working, courteous and thoughtful Company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I'm absolutely blown away by the whole experience of asbestos shed roof removal & disposal, contents disposal along with dismantling and disposing of the whole structure which was in excess of 50 years old and completely covered in ivy/vegetation.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Even their prices were by far, more reasonable than anyone else that quoted me.

As for hard working, they were off the scale grafters!

Seriously, don't bother going to anyone else, you won't be disappointed👍

If I could leave No Stars I would , DO NOT USE this company my sister has had the skip for 6 weeks now, can't get through on any of the 3 advertised telephone numbers, I presume they haven't paid their bill ? No reply from emails. No replies from numerous messages via contact us .....my sister is 84 years old , has mobility issues as do her neighbours who are having trouble as they cannot open the car door fully , it's an absolute joke .....I will be calling the police as of tomorrow , or trading standards , you've 24 hours to get in touch ......D P Skips are as rubbish as the skips contents....DO NOT USE

AVOID at all costs if you are looking to use this company for skip hiring.

I have large items on hold as i need access to my garden gate and can't get access to get stuff in as the skip is blocking it. It's been like this for weeks now... no sign of the company removing skip.

My builder initially made arrangements for the skip to be taken but the skip company said his van isn't strong to lift the skip (I've used many skip companies and never heard this). My builder then used a waste removal man to clear the skip.. DP said it's OK to refill the skip but then told its too heavy again.

Then the time came for the skip to go but the excuses started. 1st his van isn't strong to lift the skip, then it was remove the rubble and I'll take it... then ive my been locked out my own company and it's going burst.

I've paid £350 to get the items removed from the skip and after whatsapping the company the skip is still in my drive.

Doesn't pick up calls or reply to messages. I will speak to my colleagues at Trading Standards to see what can be done.

I received my skip October 2nd, got told 10 days the skip would be collected, it’s December 16th now. Multiple phone calls ignored and when they answer they give excuses after excuse. No apologies what so ever. My latest phone call today I overheard someone in the background saying just tip the skip on there drive. Lucky enough I have this recorded & under going a small claim court now. Worst skip company I’ve ever used never had a issue with any of them until now
