Your driver Parwinder cannot find this address!!! Could he not have phoned us? His attempted delivery was not even to Broad Street [where our shop is]. He attempted to deliver to the wrong address twice and is costing our business dearly!! I am asking our suppliers to use a different delivery company since we cannot afford such incompetence!!

The driver didn't get the right address and didn't deliver my parcel.I tried the chat to make a complaint and it was a complete waste of time as it could not answer any of my questions and just kept sending the same message. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a negative rating I could because 1 star is too much for this service

Waited all day for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered today at 13:00 o clock. Then I seem to see a picture of my next door neighbours house saying ‘sorry we missed you’. I don’t see why some drivers are incapable of reading a house number and delivering it to that number. It clearly shows in the picture the number above the door which does not match up with the delivery information!!!

already had 2 deliveries of perishable products left at the wrong address with NIL response from DPD who seem totally indifferent to customer service. The Hereford depot has a contact number that goes through to Cardiff as Hereford closed some time ago - and I was advised that delivery was from Worcester depot - but there are no contact details on the website. Nil response from emails and a delivery driver who seems incapable of looking at postcodes and getting parcels correctly recorded as delivered. NOT a Company to be used until the management takes some responsibility for appalling service.

The driver just past my house in a narrow lane at high speed. Surely the driver should drive at a speed depending on the road and condition.
The road is very narrow and goes past pedestrians and riders on horseback
I heard him racing up the lane hooting his horn at high speed.

Total failure, the delivery was supposed to be on Friday, but despite waiting all day by the window, I received a message that I was not at home, a phone call to the headquarters, information that the courier would return on Friday, unfortunately not. On Saturday, I received a message saying that they didn't find me at home, but no one showed up, it was too far to walk from the parking lot to the front door, because I left a note saying please leave it, I'll be back soon. Monday, I finally asked to leave the frontbench by the door in a safe place and it worked, but when I went out and asked why only today, the courier lady was outraged that there were 4 heavy packages and why did they have to carry them to the front door? Because I paid for 4 packages delivered to my front door!!! In addition, they broke the contents of one of them.

Paid extra to have a parcel sent to me on a Saturday, was told the hour window. Looked on the tracking and wsa told I was drop 18 and the driver was on drop 2. Driver took a photo of my front door without knocking or ringing the door bell. Joke
