The purchase experience was simple but they had the option for an ‘congratulations alibi’ to be packaged with the order and I selected it as it was for a friend and if they assumed I won the product, they would of accepted it as a gift from me but it wasn’t sent with my order. Thought that was a great service but it didn’t play out

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Got chain and sprocket for Xmas, when it came to fitting it last week it turned out that we’d got the wrong one as my bike was a changeover year. Daniel was incredibly helpful and helped me get the right part and sent it out immediately meaning I received it the next day and was able to get fitted ready for a trip away!
