Phoned yesterday and got straight through. Which surprised me if I'm honest .Got a call back from the nurse and she sorted me out with an appointment for next Tuesday and a prescription in the meantime. However there was a mix up and it didn't get sent to the chemist but i can't fault the receptionist today(been there donkeys years) she sorted it all out and i got my tablets this afternoon. Thanks. Dr Shrivastava is retired now its Dr Raolu

called to get high BP checked ! no appointments and advised to call back tommorrow. advised to go to a&E if concerned? im sure an 8 hour wait would help the high BP immensley

I was a patient and I have a long term health condition how I was treated was disgustingly and they should and could have done more for me and the receptionist needed to have a bit more patience and understanding and all this could have been prevented but no trust now with no one in the nhs

I’ve been with this surgery for over 30 years now. Dr Ralou is a fantastic GP and nothing is too much trouble. Never had a problem getting an appointment here with both the nurse and the GP. Even when extremely busy they always call me back.

The older receptionist went in to the nurse before me to tell her that because I was late she wasn't to do my full spirometry test!!!! As it turned out I couldn't have the spirometry test on that day anyway because of other health issues
By the way I attended 10mins late as at the time I was unable to drive and my daughter had to come out of work to take me
