Had my car in here mutiple times over the last year, had issues that NO other garages could identify and fix. Staff are excellent - Mark is a pleasure to deal with. Would not take my car elsewhere, simply the best about. 10/10

The customer service from both the lovely lady and the charming gentleman was exceptional—professional, friendly, and welcoming.
To top it all off, an elderly yet youthful gentleman stepped out of a sleek red Toyota Land Cruiser and graciously handed us two Mercedes-Benz head caps. A classy touch to an already fantastic experience!

Extremely worst experience with Dronsfields Oldham.
Ring them about a steering rack.
Told me available from a 2022 Vito and need to pay before taken off the car.

I ask him what will happened if we don't like the part condition or if it's not from 2022 vehicle.
I ask him if come their and have a look than pay . Danny on the phone said it's okay.
Bluf me some one else is coming for the same part. He wants to make me the payment.

I said I am fine will come and have look
Traveled 45 Miles.
An other guy bring the part to the counter and said it's from a 2021 model without the full part.
I told him don't make me fool.
It's from a 2016 model car as I know the part had a date code on it.
Than said other one from a 2022 model still on the vehicle.
It will take days to take off.
Avoid this place if you can found the part somewhere else.

Lie about parts life and year came from.

I know that's why caught them.

I recently purchased a propshaft from them had great service on phone and even better from the delivery man. He even contacted me the day before delivery to check i would be home to receive, thank you Wayne and to helpful staff at the depot. Will certainly use them again!! Cheers.

Outstanding Service from Dronsfield - Power Steering Issue Resolved on My Mercedes E220 W212

After weeks of frustration, visiting multiple garages and even an electrician without a proper diagnosis for my 2016 Mercedes E220 W212's power steering malfunction, I found Dronsfield—and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the outset, their team demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and a genuine care for both me and my vehicle. Thanks to Mark, Kelly, and Sean, the issue was swiftly diagnosed, the necessary electric power steering rack was ordered and fitted, and a standard wheel alignment was completed seamlessly.

Other garages had quoted me between £1,200-£1,500, with little confidence in their assessments. Dronsfield provided an all-inclusive quote of £817, which was significantly more reasonable. When the part arrived late (through no fault of their own), they even applied a further discount, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Worse service that I ever had in my life , "best guys" from parts team Danny and Vinny trying to deceive you in any way . From my own experience , I've order parts for £800 , parts come in couple of days with they own driver , parts wasn't wrapped , protected , nothing . All parts what you buy from them is great just one pictures , when they've arrive all dented , deep scratched and even wrong parts . When you trying to return them back for refund , they want you to post them from your own expense even if this wasn't your fault , if you trying to get an compromise with them and to order something else and when they deliver parts to send wrong one back , they will send them not for £25 with they own driver but for £75+vat trough third party so you can send damaged ones back they will do anything to delay this into 14 days so you won't get you money back . Costumer service also doesn't work . Bellow you can see what I've ordered and what received .
Will recommend to never have deal with them,  as you will remain with no money and no right , damaged parts .
