Used DSW multiple times had a an agreement in place different to their terms, called us left a voicemail which I didn’t pick up that day… they picked the skip up the next day which was empty at charged full price. Didn’t give us an opportunity to fill it or call us more than once. Shame as they have lost our repeat business, but they didn’t care
