Computer issues, resolved very quickly, Paul was a star. After lots of discussion and no pressure. We decided an new pc was needed (had mine for over 10 years and it was dying). Paul got me a refurbish Dell, Managed to save and transfer all my data and info. All done within 2 days. Friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Paul at Duchy Pro Solutions is amazing. Our daughters laptop packed up. I reached out to Paul to see if he had any laptops which would be able to run the game she uses. Our daughter is Autistic & has extreme social anxiety. Paul was very understanding & patient. He managed to find a suitable laptop, downloaded the game for her & then made sure it worked. We would definitely recommend Duchy Pro Solutions Ltd & will use them again. Paul you made our daughter very happy, so thank you from all of us.

Thank goodness I found Paul. He is my computer SUPERSTAR! I love my Laptop it has lasted a few years and I was so worried about it slowing down and loosing all my information. Luckily I found Paul who once I explained the problem he came to talk me through it and have a look at my Laptop. It took him days to update my laptop and even connect it to a new printer for me. Everything is now working at high speed. He transferred my data for me and it was all taken away and delivered back to me. 1st Class Service and value for money. I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I've bought 3 laptops from Duchy Pro Solutions for my small business over recent months. All have been refurbished to very good spec and fully tested - they're excellent value so have saved us some money and it's also nice to know we're helping the planet a bit by reusing instead of always buying new. Thanks to the team at Duchy Pro Solutions for such a professional service. As a Gas Safe Engineer, I wanted to make sure my old laptops & desktop computers were wiped of all customer data and this could not be recovered by anyone else. The team kept me up to date with the recycling and data destruction process and provided me with the destruction reports. Fantastic service, highly recommended and will only be using Duchy Pro in future. Thank you.

As a household we have now had 3 laptops in total from the team at duchy pro solutions. Paul is very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. As a family we are very happy with our purchases. Save yourself some money and buy a professionally refurbished computer or laptop from here, you won't be disappointed. It also is very good for the environment with less ending up in landfill.
