The staff member with the glasses and brown hair is always rude and on the last occasion said "can you not read the sign" when I put 3 cushions in the compacter when apparently they now go into a shed. No need for cheek.

Friendly member of staff came out and took the refuse to the general waste container. I looked lost and it was obvious having never been to this recycling centre before!
Dropped 1 star because it is NOT obvious where the site entrance is to someone who has never visited the site before or the industrial estate it is located in.
