Honestly one of the friendliest places I’ve visited, extremely helpful. I wasn’t entirely sure of what part I needed and despite them not being a garage they helped me figure out what I needed in minutes. Being able to do that with a few looks and on the fly tests I think shows how experienced they were.

Honestly this is my new first stop for any car parts I may need in the future can’t recommend enough. They even offered me coffee for the 15/20 minutes I was there!

I have called numerous times to enquire about parts, prices and have always gotten exceptional service from durnford. Just collected a E93 Water pump and was dealt by daniel. Daniel, You're the man! Such a smooth transaction and answered all the questions i had. I called and asked for two parts for a specific car and year, which the gentleman there confirmed he has them. When I got there he asked one of his employees to go and get the parts but he came back with different parts to what is needed for the car. He then said sorry we don't have the parts you need.

I told him not to do that with people and it's a total let down. He replied "well, they change car shapes all the time!!".
