Contacted them yesterday to pick some rubbish up today . Unfortunately I slept in . Phoned them to apologise for not being up as he explained no one answered door . To follow on by saying he doesn't need a story which I ignored . He than asked when would I be in . I told him I'm here now , for him to answer we are not . Very rude and sarcastic person which I told him he was . I will never use them again .
