Can’t believe how rude the person I have just spoken to on the phone was. I made an order and was told it would be delivered next day (Friday). I called once payment was made to confirm delivery and ended up speaking with someone else (rude person whose name I don’t know). He was very short from the off and said it would be coming the following week and nothing could be done about it. I said that I’d been told that it would come next day to which he replied that he ‘doubted what I was saying’! Who in a customer facing role comes out with stuff like that? And transferred me over to someone else before I could respond.

He transferred me back over to who I had originally ordered with and they confirmed that we could have the bulk of the order next day and it was just a few custom cuts that wouldn’t be here until the following week.

Friday comes and nothing shows up. Computer says no 🤦

Please get this guy off the phones, he clearly doesn’t enjoy it.

Very rude people. Start from the person who gets the order to account and even stupid driver. Will not recommend unless you looking for delays and them being rude.

Very helpful upon arrival.
If you are attending this premises in an HGV don't use the address given. Put in the post code and add the road " dafen Inn row" go past this road and the main entrance is on the right. Good luck.

I’m repairing an older trailer and needed to replace the bottom frame work so went over to see if dyfed steel could help .

Great service and lovely friendly staff was sent into see the guys in the angle iron store and they great very helpful and friendly and wrote down everything I needed .
Went over to the office and booked it and paid and came back a few days later to collect it all cut into the lengths I needed.

Great price and service and will go back if I need anything else

Good company with years.of experience. Massive selection on steel and.steel processing including shot blasting , bending , laser cutting ! No job too big or small for them..
