Just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to James and his lad who recovered me on Sunday 11th May, and another massive thank you to the lad who came back down on Monday 12th May to take my car to my local garage! Green flag had originally arranged the recovery for me but the lads that came were superb, they kept in contact with me letting me know their ETA, they made me feel safe and comfortable. Fantastic service, blew a tyre at midnight, lone female , young guy, think his name is Steven, towed my car and took me home, 40 miles away and got me and my car home safely. My car was picked next day and taken to garage for tyre. Really polite guy and was considerate, this was organised by Greenflag, highly recommended ,

Called our insurance recovery service for a slightly terrifying sound coming from one of our tyres. Were prepared to wait hours for a technician to show and then potentially more hours for a tow truck if it needed further investigation. They arrived in 15 minutes, knew exactly what the issue was, and sorted it out there and then, saving us the drama and cost of towing, getting mechanic to inspect etc. Absolutely fantastic service.
