We’ve recently moved to the area and we wanted a local garage to carry our a service on our Discovery Sport. I was given a price by the garage, we confirmed a date and everything went according to plan.

I found the two ladies at reception both helpful and polite, I was told collection around lunchtime and received a collection call at 12:30pm

My service light was reset, my Land Rover remote app updated with the next service due details before I even collected the car. Excellent all round service

I was extremely happy with the service provided By E.R. Servicing. My car was booked in for MOT but failed. The repairs were, however, completed on the day at reasonable cost. I have just moved to the area and have been looking for a local garage to carry out repairs and servicing on my vehicle. I can safely say, I have found what I require! Many thanks to Gemma for her help and effective communications on the day.

Exceptional service from these guys. My car was completely dead and I didn't know where to turn but so happy I went to ER Servicing. They completely put my mind at ease and found the fault. I had complete confidence in them so decided to have cam belt and water pump changed at the same time and now car feels like new again. Thank you so much, can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely went above and beyond.

Took my car here to check on a coolant leak I was told they diagnose the problem and the problem was the inlet manifold. It was not manifold. It was a pipe leading from the back of the inlet manifold £32 pipe but yet they was gonna charge me 1700 quid your place is a joke. I’ve used you for years and I’m not being ripped off by you no more £1700 for a £32 pipe thanks but no thanks.

Wow what amazing customer service from start to end! The best customer service i have ever recieved! Firstly they fitted my car in so quickly and fixed the engine fault within 2 days! The owner was so lovely and very kindly picked me up when a taxi dropped me off at the wrong end of whittlesey! The ladies on reception always kept me in the loop and where so lovely, kind, reassuring and friendly! I would recommend this garage to anyone! Thank you you really do deserve medals!

What an outstanding service I just received is unbelievable!
Called this garage on Monday late morning asking them if they can help me asmy car wasn't starting at all and I'm wasn't able to tow it to their place. Within 2 hours they came out had a look and towed it away.Next day 2pm received a phone call from reception,saying that my car is ready to pick up.I was over the moon🥳 No waiting, no unnecessary cost or finding other problems, simply fixed it and made sure is drivable and safe.
I can't describe how happy I am with your customer service and what you done for me. Lady's on reception very friendly, welcoming and helpful.I would definitely use this garage again in the future! I can't thank enough for fitting my car in even though your garage been so busy.
