All went well with ordering and delivery until we realised the skip that had been delivered had a failed side with a gaping gap. This meant that whatever was put into that side, fell straight through. Not ideal for a skip. They could not have cared less. Too busy to look at the photos. No apology. Said the boss lady would call but she never bothered. They didn’t see what skips went out so it was not their fault. Didn’t bother to let us know when they were collecting the skip either. When clearing up the debris that fell through the hole, also cleared up the sheets of rust that had fallen off their skip. Poor equipment, even worse customer service.
