Very fast and professional and trustworthy service. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. I had a container full of scrap to get rid of, Jonathan was able to collect it very promptly with no fuss. Money was then paid into my account making me a very happy customer. Well done to the whole team.

Timewasters. Tried to scrap a motorbike with this company. I called, they didn’t give a price over the phone and said they’d be there to collect it at 9am tomorrow morning. They never turned up, they don’t answer the phone and they haven’t bothered returning my voicemail. Stay clear, don’t waste your time.

I've bought 2 cars from eas bith been bit tatty but my god what great cars they have been for the price I paid for them a fiat punto lasted 2 and half years and it wa running at least 6 hours a day and a focus has done 21000 mile just in the time I had it until someone wrote it off a couple of weeks ago now looking to get another car from themEAS PLEASE HELP ON THIS

My wife spoke to Faye over the phone who gave us a fair price £300 for our car. Took it to We Buy Any Car (because their online price was better £705). The WBAC agent then lowered his price on inspection to £250 “sorry final offer, absolutely nothing else I can do”.

We phoned Faye and told her we were going to bring the car to her and she said that if we drop it off she would give us £350! The WBAC guy then miraculously raised his final offer to match “you’re here now anyway right?” Almost gave into my own laziness and his unpleasant tactics but my wife said she had a good feeling about Faye.

Dropped it off to EAS, quick and efficient sale, had a pleasant conversation and the money was in our account before we were back home 5 mins later.

What can I say, the office lady recognised me from regular use of buying used car parts for my car I just sold to them. They provided excellent service and collected my car within the hour of enquiring! Exceptional customer service from the lads who took the car and even better service from the office lady who helped me previously! Many thanks to you Faye! 🙂 would 100% recommend!
