Myself and my partner visited the tip yesterday lunch time and were quickly welcomed by a gentleman who worked there. He approached us as soon as we arrived and helped me empty out the car and advised my partner to stay in the warm and for us to complete the task. He is a real credit to the team and it’s very refreshing to see have received this support. He is a real credit to the team, so I just wanted to raise this and say a huge thank you to your staff member John! Myself and my partner are very grateful!

I just want to say thank you to the very nice man with the glasses and tattoos, who I recently found out is called John. You were so helpful and friendly which I really appreciate. I am disabled after a work place injury and was really struggling and you stopped what you were doing to come and help me. I was worried how I was gonna get everything out of the car and in the bins but you came and took over for me and did the whole lot. Thank you again for your help, it was a really bad day for me and you brightened it up for me. You even took time to have a little chat with me and check I was ok. Anyone who is looking to take your rubbish to Biffa I definitely recommend it especially when John is working as he couldn’t be more friend and helpful.

Have recently moved to the area. So pleased that this is our local facility! Very clean and tidy and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Thanks for helping to get the big bag of garden rubbish out of our boot!

I have recently moved to the area and had the dreaded tip run to do, however I was pleasantly surprised but the customer service that was given. In this weather being on your own you don't want to be unloading for any longer than you have to so when I was assisted by two of the men working there who were friendly and helpful I was relieved. One I didn't catch the name of but one was John, he was the first to offer help and was extremely friendly in his approach for not such a pleasant job he most certainly made it much more bearable Cheers
