Today was my first time using a scrap metal merchant. To be honest I was unsure of what to expect. However, as soon as I pulled up the guys were out to greet me and helpful from the getgo. They sorted the miscellaneous copper and brass I had, were friendly and courteous and made the whole experience quite pleasant.
My cash was transferred without problem. It was quite a positive experience.
Will definitely use these guys again and recommend you do too!!

This is the best scrap metal dealer of all! Very profesional and honest people. They offered to sort the different metals so I could get a better price for my scrap! I have never seen this before! The price quoted over the phone was ok but when I turned up with a considerable amount of copper, they gave me an even better offer! I was amazed and I still am! They will be the scrap yard I use from now on! Totally recommend!

Firstly this Firm Gave the best Price in Derby By a long shot! Next is there excellent customer service, most scrap Merchants deal with you, with this attitude your stupid & they Know everything & put that across in a rude undertone!! Well not this Firm, there nothing Like that, knowledgeable but with complete politeness!! Priced me for the correct t type of copper & payment was very Fast into my Bank!! I thought would test this business out to see if you get good money for what you take in and it turns out they don't
I take a good mix of metal and a Catalytic converter to which I know the value is in scrap as I was quoted by business that deal with them . I got way less in the metal I taken in then I would else where, as they did not check the metal to see what they was and put all on scales and the Catalytic converter taken them weeks to get back toe on price after they.alreay.opened it . The cat value in scrap was £160 but they paid me under £50 for it . So please be careful and go elsewhere . Yes this might be just the staff being laY and the company not really like this . . There are other scrap material yards around that give more.money and are customer friendly and want to get you best for you money and sort through it with you and give advice . And pay within hours .
