Excellent service. Easy to book a time slot online. You receive email reminders about your appointment time. The staff at the plant tell you which bin to go to. Very well organized?

Only used twice, won't use again, (romsey is much better) had to book, but no booking system in place just drive in whenever as staff to busy rummaging through all the stuff. Then being told I have to clean up the little bit of dirt that came out of my boot as it's my job and not there's, then trying to getting funny with me, ask nicely I would of done it, just cause I'm younger than you, you can't bully me in doing what you should be doing. Staff are pointless, don't like your job then get another....

Although there is a booking system, and showing no time available for the morning, it was completely empty. I think it is the time to remove the booking system. It is stressful to get there ontime. The 5 star is for people at the centre, not the booking system ? This is an update for another visit, still empty, why we dont use full capacity of our town facilities!! It encourages fly tipping!

Really good recycling centre other than getting access. Booking system is a joke even now you can book on the day. Booking system need to be dropped to help local residents get rid of house hold waste. Staff all sat in cabin, as have nothing to do.

Jamie is a truly amazing individual at this place. I was impressed with how his attitude shone through. He didn't let one person struggle and was pure class in helping us offload our stuff. The rest of the staff are great also and there is a huge pride in this site from the staff. We'll done all!

I've always noticed the good organisation and helpful staff and today it all came together. I lost my house keys and after driving back to the center in a panic I was greeted with a smile and a small envelope with them in. I'm truly grateful.
