I have used Easy House Clearance a couple of times for my business. We do full bathroom renovations and there is a varying amount of waste for each job.
Nathan and his team have always been accommodating with this. If they didn't have enough room on the vehicle they arranged to come back and clear what was left.
If I was not on site, they would send photos of the cleared rubbish.
I would highly recommend Nathan and his team, and will be using them on all of my future projects.

Really wish we hadn't agreed to have Nathan Clear our late mothers property , please see previous review and ignore all of Nathans lies in the response , yes he offered us two dates and we chose the latter date that was the day before completion, he never said that it would be tricky or difficult on that day, if it was why would he offer it to us ,he was happy to do it ,we even called two days before to confirm that everything was still OK, he said he would be there, on the morning of the clearance he sent a text message to say he was ill and couldn't do it , that contradicts his excuse and reply in the previous review ,he ignored our phone call and voicemail that we made as soon as we received his message and did not return any message or offer any help and just left us with a big problem to sort out, totally unacceptable. If you need a House Clearance please skip this company and find another, please read Nathans last sentence in his response , that shows how rude he can be ,this review is not a slant on his company its a true account of what happened ,please don't be left in the difficult position we were ,BE AWARE.

I would not recommend this company at all, totally unreliable!
We were let down by text the morning that Nathan was due to come and clear my parents house, the day before completion. Leaving us in a very difficult position , not knowing what to do or where to go! When I phoned him, he wouldn’t answer or return my message asking for recommendations.

Unreliable and no care about his customers!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would!

Based on my experience, really excellent.
The job was the clearance of a small first-floor flat belonging to a deceased person - removal of furniture, appliances and utensils after we'd already sorted through and taken away anything needing to be retained.
Appointments were kept to the dot, Nathan quickly clarified the requirements, then the work was carried out exactly as agreed, with the minimum of fuss, and at a fair price as agreed beforehand.
If only all small businesses were like this - 'say what you'll do, then do what you say.' That's all that this particular customer could ask for, and it did indeed make things easy for us!
