I am currently in a small claims court proceedings against Eco Vans as I bought a second-hand engine from them and they are refusing to accept a return. This is a clear breach of UK law (as companies are required to accept returns within 14 days, for any reason, if bought online or over the phone) but instead they chose to ignore my messages and emails. Instead they are accusing me of tampering with the engine, when they have no proof for doing so. I wouldn't trust them for major purchases.

The bloke at the yard was very helpful found this place after ringing around places for a part. Didn’t know it was there. First phone call to them. Bish bash bosh. They had the part gave me a price. Went over got it. No hassles very nice bloke in office couldn’t help enough. Will go back as they have lots of parts always

Absolute shambles! Ring up for parts they tell you they have them and for you to come on in. So u drive all the way there for them to say there not selling it no more. Didnt refund any petrol money for a wasted journey either.

It's a scrapyard lol what is there too say jist call and ask if there is anything you want, generally they have quite a diverse range of used parts. Mitch is the guy u can see or a fe others.. They will help yo u with your car needs. Or direct you to who can 90% of the times. 60 a ton on scrap and a lovely pup there named sheeba

Currently having to take them to court for the damage they acaused to my car and the engine I purchased from them after they told me they would sort everything out then blocked me so forced me to take the legal route. AVOID!!

i believe the communication is difficult at first but after 2 minutes with so little resources they are very knowledgeable people and a very fair price,
will definitely go back when my old van goes wrong again!!
