I've only just recently joined this surgery but from what I've experienced so far, it seems to be highly efficient and the staff are lovely. I've always been able to get an appointment relatively fast and the online consultation/prescription process is easy to navigate. The receptionists are knowledgeable and can't do enough to help 🙂

I only go hear when I really need to either tae see doctor or tae get bloods taken or when I use tae go tae see ma dietricine but when I do go staff are always polite and very helpful and if anything happens they are always helpful and they make u feel safe and that's the way it should be at the doctors and if u need help for any reason there's always a member of staff there tae help in anyway they can.

In 14 yrs w my previous GP in England, I received excellent care, never had any appointments cancelled and n9o cause for concern. First 2 months w Eden Villa = 3 appointments cancelled at short notice, previously prescribed treatment (from GP) delayed by unnecessary referral to a nurse in St Andrews who said herself referral was not needed and bad news abt another medical condition emailed by receptionist without clinical oversight. Other awful experiences due to rudest practice manager in UK who is in breach of national policies. I worked in healthcare for nigh on 50 years so was shocke enough to complain. In response, the p manager had the cheek to offer me an appointment w a mental health nurse. Completely gobsmacked at how bad the service is and how disgusting the attitude of the p manager is. Still haven't accessed any of the GPs and will be escalating complaints to the SPSO.

I am very pleased with this practice. They have a form to fill online so you don’t have to wait on the phone queues for extended period of time. They get back in touch with appointments or advices rapidly. The doctors are great, trustworthy and professional. The front desk is also smiley and friendly even when it gets a bit hectic between visitors and phone calls. I was quite unhappy with my previous practice so I decided to get private health care. Since I moved with Eden villa I have not been needing to use my private insurance.

The Doctors and front staff are good. However, there are one or two that answer the phone, when they answer the phone, need to go on an anger management course. Very rude.

Been going to this practice since I was born. The nurses don't like me all too much especially after I fractured my knuckle due to blind rage. Only 1 doctor has made me feel valid without judgement but he's not a full time doctor. I've had major issues at this facility with staff and doctors in the past, one of which scolded me for being too anxious to get a full time paying job. Making an appointment is the most confusing thing, I have to get other people to do it for me cause I get no help
