Website easy to use to book a day/time slot and super easy to make changes. Easy access to the site, very controlled entry so 'not a free-for-all'. Site is quite small.

Have only visited this centre on three occasions over the last few years and had a terrible experience each time. The staff were rude, and very unhelpful on each occasion.
They do everything to make life as difficult as possible. A training session in customer care is needed!

So easy to book online, it's flexible so you can amend a time slot.
Friendly staff, they will now take 2 small bags of rubble for free...that's great as it stops people illegally dumping it elsewhere.
Lots of time to unload and find the right skips. Great asset.

Used to look forward to the appointment based visit to Efford waste recycling centre. Just lately very long queues again and garden waste bins piled high one side. Having asked if there was a rake to push the heap across I was told no. The lorry will empty it later. It's not easy for us older folk to empty bags of waste uphill. It doesn't come out. There was a time when it would be bumped down by a mechanical bucket. Not so lately it seems.

First time I’ve used been to the Efford recycling centre but it was a very pleasant experience. A well oiled machine made better by a collection of very helpful and friendly staff all of who are a credit to their jobs. So a personal thank you to Will, Jim, Rob and Pete.

Only go once a year but my experience of the time there was to witness, good flow of cars in the time slot. All well organised and helpful. The guy in the office was very nice to chat to as well.
Looking forward to next year.
