I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for reliability. My first skip delivery was delayed so badly (promised it was going to be delivered for 12, then 3, then 4, finally the next day) that the contractors I had booked couldn’t do the job on time, forcing me to reschedule and pay extra.

When I tried ordering another skip for another project, I explained the situation and asked if they could offer a small discount to make up for my previous loss. Instead of showing any understanding, the representative was dismissive and quite rude.

I've ordered a few skips from.this company and they have been A star 🌟, very reliable, on time, communication spot on, price of hire is fair, and just really good folk, especially Keith, or maybe Kevin, his name began with a K, anyway, he was absolutely amazing, he really helped me out, he's a good guy. ! Do not use this company. On delivering the skip they destroyed half of my old cherry blossom tree without even bothering to knock on the door and speak to me about any difficulties. On removal they literally snapped my concrete (!!!) gate post and just left it. Very difficult to speak to, never phoned back when promised and denied the incident ever happened. I even had external witnesses (scaffolders) when I returned home to find it snapped in half who helped me stand the gate etc back up. Disgraceful company.

This is by the worst skip company i have ever dealt with. I ordered a skip to be told it wont fit in my garden even though i have had loads of skips in the past!! When i questioned it some rude individual told me that they are not interested. Anyone looking for a skip try professional companies such as awm instead of these clowns!!!!. Update=So the company has replied and they lie as well as being useless. I was not offered a smaller skip i was told i should get a transit van to pick the rubbish up. When i rang back i did not demand anything i just asked why when i had the same skips before that they could not do it to which the reply was we are not interested. Reading some of the other reviews i can now understand why customers are annoyed with the company!!!!!
