Driver delivered a skip to a neighbour living on an adjoining street and decided to leave it directly outside my disabled father's property making it virtually impossible for access to his drive out of hours. I am my dads only carer and need 24/7 access to his property. My dads in a wheelchair and as such I am unable to get him in the car now for his hospital appointments. It also makes it impossible for emergency services to access neighbouring properties. Parking in such a location on an extremely busy road demonstrates total lack of consideration for other road users, businesses and residents.

Worst place you can order your skip from, drive dropped a skip off and then when it come to exchange the skip saw the ground was sinking and decided not to tell anyone and just put the other skip in the same place, when collecting the second skip the ground give way damages the drive and more, after 3 weeks of calling and asking for a resolution which was go only fix the neighbours fence I was put through to a manager which didn’t let me speak and speaking over me

What an excellent company! Needed a 8yd skip and I phoned Sam in the EFR Wakefield office who dealt with the booking so positively. He arranged the delivery really quickly and it was then off-hired and then Sam arranged collection so I could have other waste collected and rearrange a further skip in the month - the whole process was made seamless by Sam and his customer service was a true testament. The 2 drivers who delivered and collected the skip on a difficult driveway made it look so easy and again were so positive.

Whist the skip ordering and delivery was simple and straightforward, collection was a nightmare. Despite numerous assurances that the skip would be collected it took until just before 5pm on 29/08 for the skip to be collected some 11 days after requesting.

Should not have to chase so many times.
