Great place if your looking for new electrical items or household furnitures or low cost of food with free bread as membership for the social supermarket. For those experiencing homelessness and willing to work, they offer charitable work with allowance and roof over your head, while contributing to the community, for as long as you want. Very grateful for the staff whom were very helpful with paperwork and referring for supported housing.

Ignorant people, won’t return calls or emails regarding GIVING AWAY clean, sellable items such as sofas and tables. Turn their noses up at any offerings like they’re holding out for something better. Avoid these wasters, they’re not a charity it’s a scam.

Used the House Clearance service, which was excellent at an acceptable price with proceeds going to a good cause. Only thing to fault is that they might pay a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning part though.
Well done guys keep it up!

I was charged £45 for delivery 15 miles away I am absolutely shocked, this is a charity! I can bearly afford my items never mind that charge. The man serving wasn't very helpful.

Extensive. Range of goods, many as good as new ( including clothing ) at the best prices for the quality in Salford. The best thing about the store are the staff: welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient and appreciative of your custom ( especially Pat who runs Lucies Pantry ) You could not give your cash to a more worthwhile cause

I have tried for over four weeks to donate a saleable large corner unit.I contacted them on April the 12th to be informed the van was off the road.Rang two weeks later to arrange collection for Thursday 6th of May.No-one rang me or turned up wasting my precious day off. When I finally got through to someone the excuse was they arranged the Tuesday 4th May.This was not so I was in work on a long day. Eventually they should have collected Tuesday 11th of May. Guess what the van was stuck on the East Lancs broken down. I have just wasted a full morning when they should have picked up the furniture .They have a flat tyre
I sound sceptical but I would give this charity a wide berth. All they had to do was tell me they could not collect.I have since been on the British Heart Foundation website collection date sorted immediately.I wish the charity well but they need to be more open and honest.
