As a newcomer. I found the immediate reception to be friendly and helpful, as it can be daunting to find your way in a new circumstances. The layout is well organised and all staff were helpful, even when I dumped the waste in the wrong place. Worth the thirty pounds for otherwise useless items.

The biggest scam I ever seen ever!!!
For 60kg of coper I got £36 only
For the other english guys they pay £1 per kg but for me was less!!!
And are racist too.
1000% avoid them, they are worse than gipsy!!!

Got a fair price for my scrap metal I was paid more than amphttil scrap a few miles away but amphttil scrap pay the same day and it doesn't cost £2 the young lady zoe at the weigh bridge was very nice and helpful I needed to get an account and she helped me to sort one out there and then the guys in the ferrous metal department also were extremely good I joked that they were working to hard because it was almost closing time and only one guy was on duty but he still give me the opportunity to get my copper weighd in so I didn't have to come back the next day. I appreciate that because I wouldn't want to hang about when it's clocking out time. Unless I can get a bit of double time but he laughed when I said.. Nice little bit of overtime. So I assumed they don't get it looool

Had good experience EMR Bedford. Luke and Stein in ferrous always help me work out whick Metal is what. Emma and James at the weighbridge have always sorted any small problems I've had out so all in good work thank you
