Came yesterday weighed scrap in went up to office and told monies will be in your account tomorrow.
Nothing gone in. Rang up to be told proof of address required before it could be processed. Yesterday I had my driving license and passport with me plus various documents in car with address on but was not asked. Now 13 mile round trip.
UPDATE
Came back with ID and was dealt with by a very apologetic and polite gentleman who sorted a situation out that should never have happened if someone had done their job properly in the first place.

Very simple process for recycling scrap and getting paid for it instead of going to council tip. Easy to set up account at Blackburn Depot, you just need drivers licence and bank card. Well laid out site with helpful, motivated staff. Emma in the office was great and very patient in explaining what to do, prompt payment. Will definitely use again. Thankyou for a pleasurable experience.

changed it to 2 stars as they gave me a quick response asking me to email them so that they can get someone to call me....
No I won't be doing as the whole point is get staff to answer the phone or a new phone system.
Or cancel your phone and just put an email address...........
Have to say what an absolute waste of time this company is I've been trying to ring them for over a week to get rid of my dad's old copper pipes as his garage is full. Ring and ring and ring and ring morning noon or later nobody ever ever picks up the phone.
